Navigating fiverr for the first time was hard, and it’s made even more difficult with $5 listings that quote $150 for a simple ugly box. After messaging about a dozen 3d designers to ask about price I got back a few reasonable quotes, but being my adhd self forgot to message any back for 2 days. It ended up working in my favor, because by the time I got back to my inbox, one US based designer sent me a price reduction on a $50 bid. 2 days, 2 revisions, $20, turned out to be a great bargain because by hour 7 after confirming the order, I had a print to send off to the creality 6 SE.
First prints are going to be done with black overture PLA due to out numbering any of my other filaments by 2 spools to 1. I would have started the print on my new Biqu Hurakan, but I am still doing transparent PETG filament calibration testing with Orca Slicer and klipper. My goal is to print my final versions in a navy colored carbon fiber PETG. We’ll see what prints in time for demo photos.
Also add a set of m2.5 x 8mm self tapping screws to the parts list to secure the battery section of the case to the screen section. To secure the screen to its section use the screws included with it, in mine they included a set of m2.5x 6mm screws.
